: The location was excellent. The apartment is in a pedestrian area and very quiet but close by is heart of the city.
: It fell a bit short of little things to make life a bit more comfortable i.e. only one towel each to last four days, a bench top that was very sticky and no amount of cleaning would fix it and there was always a sewerage smell that would not go away. The floor and skirting boards needed a really good clean.

: The location was superb. Many shops nearby as was the city centre and a 4 minute walk from the nearest tram. Plenty of clean linen. On the ground floor.
: It was a bit small and the air conditioning didnt get the sleeping area cool and we happened to be there when it was very hot so the nights were uncomfortable. Bed was uncomfortable.

: The bed was hard and uncomfortable and Pillows were not satisfactory. . Would be good if instructions were left on how to use appliances and locations of supermarkets. Which trams to catch to difference areas. Staff delivering keys should be able to answer questions when asked but were unable
