  : Great location but the room was far too small. Check in was marked as 2pm but we were told they were too busy and we had to come back at 3 pm. Room was tiny and faced the front of the hotel. So noisy with bin men and you could hear everything and everyone all night. The bathroom was not a bathroom. You could barely swing a cat in there. There was mould around the shower. The hot water ran hot and cold without touching it. It looked very tired.

  : The location was really great, but we were put in a "adjacent" hotel, not the actual hotel we had booked, without the city view, the queen bed, or the air conditioning that we paid for. The room was tiny, dirty and not even close to the value we paid. The rooms were so small that our suitcases had to be put on the ground as there was no where else to put them, and then you couldn't even move around the bed because the suitcases took up that space. The shower was so small, that you couldn't raise your arms to wash your hair, and I am 5'3" tall and a small person. The pictures on the website did not represent the actual room. We really felt we were taken advantage of, and we were not moved to the room we paid for. Would not stay there ever again!!!! Perhaps I am spoiled from our beautiful, clean, well appointed hotels in Canada, but I have done a lot of travelling, and this was not up to par. I rarely write a bad review, but hope that this one is a warning to others.
