  : WI-FI was bad, to complicated process of registration (link + video call), this is not the apartment (all bed's are in the same room and kitchen too)....we call that studio. Bathroom wasn't comfort.

  : The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent location within easy distance to walk into the centre. The road was busy but the windows kept the sound down and blinds worked well. Helpful to have some basic supplies such as coffee pods and olive oil for cooking.
  : Communication was a bit difficult as we only got check in details after we had left our last place so couldn't open emails due to lack of wifi. The contact was very helpful when we used the number to phone. It was just a bit tricky arriving by bus in the heavy rain not knowing where to go. Directions could have been clearer.

  : Beautiful apartment in a very nice area, near to the center of Bologne.
  : The check-in procedure that required a video call seemed strange and difficult to do when you are already on vacation and traveling.
