  : I felt it needed a good spruce up just needed a deepclean. also the upstairs aircon wasnt working which is just one of those things . but perhaps in warm weather warranted a discount?

  : A very nice apartment in the city centre
  : The air conditioning in the bedroom area was not working. The representative who met us, was quite apologetic and said there was a maintenance man coming who did turn up, but could do nothing and left a mess/water stains on the bed which was below the air con unit. For the whole of the stay we had to have the air con in the living area on at full blast to cool down the sleeping ares. There was no suggestion or offer of a fan to help in this situation. The settee did not have a cover as this had been badly stained by a wine spill , which has seeped onto the main fabric of the settee and a clean cover was not provided. There were no tea towel provided for drying up dishes or dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher and the dishwasher had not been emptied. No shampoo or body wash provided for the shower. Finally, the apartment was hard to initially locate and had to communicate with the rep via WhatsApp messages, he had to come down and meet us.

  : The location is good. Close to Piazza Maggiore and shops and restaurants. Late check-in for a fee was good. Bed and bathroom upstairs adequate but not great.
  : No tea towels, no washing powder for either dishwasher or washing machine.. No hand soap in the bathroom. The gas cooker was a bit of a challenge too. The kettle had some mysterious stuff stuck on the bottom so did not use it.

  : Quirky, well designed to use the space well; plenty of space
  : On minor things. Lots of light switches, hard to fathom what does what! Take the elevator when arriving - on second floor, but that's lots of steps!

  : lack of glasses ! only 1 water glass, no wine glasses , no tea towels, cooking hob not great as in the Italian coffee pot wouldnt fit on the hob without wobbling! kitchen tap sprays everywhere and nothing to wipe up with. No hand wash in either bathroom although an empty container in one and bathroom bin broken. couldnt work out the heating to put towel rail on to dry our towels. Messaged Fabio who checked us in and said message if any issues but no reply - not surprised really.

  : Very nice and modern apartment with lots of facilities in a beautiful central area, communication with the host was perfect.
  : The bed headboard was quite dusty, as well as the space behind the headboard

  : Unfortunately the dishwasher did not work, and the gas pressure was very low. The shower door did not fit tightly and so water leaked onto the floor.

  : Great quiet location close to the centre of town. A spacious and well appointed loft.
  : Bathroom could do with a freshen up....Some shower molud and hand basin partially blocked and therefore slow to empty.
