  : The staff were friendly and receptive to my concern about cleanliness (see below), bed was comfortable, area is quiet but easy walk to city center, and view from window was very pleasant including trees and historical buildings.
  : Mold in bathroom, especially between tiles and worst was the shelf in the shower made of plastic and mostly blackened with mold. Why not just throw it away? Windows unfortunately caked with residue, impeding the otherwise beautiful view.

  : Breakfast was ok, but see below. Coffee in capsules was great, machine coffee was awful (instant coffee). Area safe and conveniently close to the city center. Staff very helpful.
  : Breakfast: bread could be better (no much variety, the nice brown bread was going fast without quick replacement). Only one toasting machine, not enough when crowded. We were not allowed to take coffee out - it would be nice to have an extra coffee in the nice terrace. Eggs would be nicer if they were fresh-boiled and not cold from the fridge.Room small, and no well lit. No anti-mosquito grids in the windows, while heavily needed (this would also allow to have the outer blinds up, giving more light to the room). A/C too noisy. Finally, the 1pm rule is too restrictive, maybe 2pm?

  : I loved the atmosphere of this place, I think I would come back. It is very quiet although located in the heart of the old town.
  : Mattress is not very comfortable. There is no kettle in the room. Late checkout is not an option.

  : Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good by Italian standards.
  : There was virtually no sound isolation of the room, so you could hear the elevator, people walking through the corridor or neighbours talking very clearly.The phone jack didn't have a plastic hood and the phone was connected with wires rather than a plug. It was safe as far as I could tell, but still felt a little unsettling to have right next to the bed (which had a metal frame).

  : It is a bit dated, but that is more than offset by the rate charged. People wanting very modern facilities might be disappointed. I was not.

  : Very good location at walking distance from centre, but in a very nice quiet street. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Room was basic but all I needed.
