  : SHEETS BEDLINEN AND TOWELS GRAY AND THREADBARE NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT AT THAT PRICE. SOME WINE GLASSES WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE. NOT TV WHICH WAS A BIT WEIRD BUT OUR FAULT FOR NOT NOTICING ON BOOKING. BATHROOM TOILETS NOT CLEAN

  : Location was peaceful and relatively convenient - 5 min walk from the station (where the train from the airport drops you off) and nice little restaurants / shops around. Big open space - you can sleep with a couple and a child (not suitable for friends given the no-doors in between the rooms). The kitchen is big, and has everything you need. Warm water at all times.
  : The check-in process was confusing. We were given 1 name in advance. We messaged them before take off, they didn't respond. Then we message another person, who sent us to someone else. Etc. The address mentioned on Booking is incorrect - it is actually number 4. The lady letting us in was very rude at check-in but that can be a personal biased impression too.You can feel the springs in the mattress!! That was very unpleasant. The pillows were not great either ! The shower is broken and it gets flooded. The night stand lamps were missing but there were sufficient lamps in the whole place.It was difficult to heat up the place because of the high ceilings but there were 3 air-conditioning units which helped (the one in the bathroom didn't work) Mind you - you need to buy your own detergent if you want to use the washing machine and your own tablets for the dishwasher.

  : Communication before and during our stay was excellent. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately via WhatsApp. The apartment was spotless and had almost everything we needed. The kitchen was new and fully equipped with cooking facilities.The staff even organised a taxi for us to go to the airport . I would definitely recommend this apartment for a couple or a family with no more than two children.
  : I liked everything especially the helpful staff. Some more pillows would have been nice.
