  : I booked this stay for me and my girlfriend for three nights in Bologna. Our experience started by entering in the apartment, where a strong cigarette smell hit us right from the beginning. We had to open as wide as possible the windows in order to get rid of that smell. Nonetheless, the cigarette smell did not fully disappear during our stay.Although from the photos the apartment seemed pretty clean, this was not our situation when we arrived. The sofa and the table’s chairs were pretty dirty. The TV signal was very weak, making impossible to watch any TV channel.Kitchen related, the most problematic aspect is that there was no garbage bin, but only a garbage bag (probably forgotten by the cleaning personnel). Also, when we opened the drawers a strong unpleasant smell hit us right in the face.In the bathroom, the sink’s drawers were full of dust, and in the second one we also found two used razors. The most unpleasant aspect was the bed. I can only describe it as “destroyed”. Although the duct tape is known to be a worldwide solution for fixing different objects, as you can see from the photos, in this case the “ultimate solution” did not work. Even by gently sitting in the bed, the strings kept detaching from the frame. This paranormal phenomena happened even during our sleep, and I guarantee you that the sound of a string detaching from the frame is not something pretty pleasant to hear in the middle of the night in your accommodation.Please also note that the check-out is at 10:00 AM, and at 10:30 you are basically kicked out by the cleaning guy.This being said, the communication with the host was good. Hope this review will help you to make the right decision.

  : The landlord was extremely nice and always ready to help us if we needed. The beds were comfortable and the apartment really nice and modern.
  : The check in was at 15h and when we arrived the room wasn’t clean yet so we had to contact the landlord. Despite everything when we got there that night everything was clean. The sink was clogged so we couldn’t use it. Plus, there was a dirty mop and bucket on the bathroom instead of just being put away somewhere.

  : The location was good! And the apartment was new and clean
  : The problem was both beds. Really uncomfortable. The double bed was not stable, the flatter frame was falling apart and one slab was broken. At 4 am I had to switch bed to my sons which was a very uncomfortable sofa bed.

  : The location was great because you are just a few minutes away from the train station and we visited two other cities during our stay in Bologna. The accommodation is also quite large and bright, it has a lot of kitchenware and check in and check out is fully automatized and uncomplicated.
  : The only "blanket" on our bed was a thin bed sheet although the nights were pretty cold. We found thicker blankets in our closets but there was no duvet cover so we did not use them because they did not look very clean and bought a soft blanket by ourselves. We are still not sure if the gas stove was broken or if we just did not get how it works because we do not have that at home and there was no instruction.

  : This place is very near Bologna station. It is quite and comfy.

  : The location is excellent if you want to explore the region by train and it’s quite near the city center. The walk to the center is a nice walk. Sleeping with open window is no problem with the trains nearby, no problems with noise or whatsoever.
  : Shower door is broken so it gets wet in the bathroom! Also the booking advertisement indicates there is a bed in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room, this is not the case as it is just a living room where both are in. Another thing which is not too nice that it seems this place has parking space for a car as a “facility”, if you click a few times in the advertisement you will see this is just a paid parking space. The best choice to go for is the parking lot at the train station which costs you an additional 15 euro’s a day to park your car if you have one, like us. Also they charge 5 euro per person per day extra for some tourist taxes which seems quite high, other places in Italy we paid much less at least. Last, the cutlery, glasses and mugs are very incomplete. Summing up all this this appartement is just overpriced.
