  : Check in: - Check-in point was very shady (you wait in front of a closed rolling gate at a residential building) - Person at check-in only spoke Italian --> could hardly explain on which floor the apartment is and where to put the key at check-out - Host did not answer when contacted (we wrote to them that the light in the bathroom is not working and MOTHS are flying in the apartment) Living room/kitchen: - Dirty apartment - Armchair with dirt stains - Dirty walls - The water tap in the kitchen was not properly fixed - Trash can was not cleaned before our arrival --> was full of stains and smelled - MOTHS are flying all over the apartment - Basic utensils for cooking were missing: no salt, no pepper, no sugar, no oil for frying - No towels available for drying plates etc. - No dressing room or wardrobe available Laundry room (space between living room and bathroom): - water tap not attached properly --> water spreads on the floor, so you have to wipe everything away Bathroom: - Light was not available (bulb was removed from the lamp) --> we showered in the dark - No hand soap available - No hairdryer available - Shower head not properly attached --> everything very loose - Toilet in the shower --> the toilet got wet when showering --> very high price for offered "quality"

  : the Property was pretty awful to be honest. firstly you have to go across the city to check in and once arrived it was very sketchy. also when arrived we were in completely a different appartement and it was horrendously dirty the floors,the cups in the kitchen, there was broken glass in the kitchen and a old light that hadnt been chucked away. the beds were terribly uncomfortable and the size of it was too big and felt very hostile. I will be writing an email to booking.com and will be wanting a reply. I do not recommend

  : The apartment was full of bugs (clothing moth) so we had to leave the apartment and find another hotel. When contacting the staff they accused us for lying and refused to pay the money back, despite photo evidence

  : the office to collect keys is 45 minutes walk away - its not even an office - jsut some store where the cleaners give u keys - no maps - no help - no directions - u stand in street to collect keys at 1630 if u are lucky - when u email the office they are rude and dont reply for a long time - if they reply - once at your crap room there is no one to talk to or ask - they send rude texts if you do need something - DONT GO HERE
