  : Location is superb. In the center and close to various restaurants. I loved the balcony- there were 2 with great view! The room was big enough for me and the support was friendly and helpful. All in all good.
  : The way to the room is difficult- elevator goes to the 4th floor and one more floor on foot. Also you enter the room and have to go up a round staircase which was not easy for me, hence impossible for elder or handicap people. The washing machine was semi-working and the amenities were lack. There was some coffee/sugar/etc. but I think it was pretty old and disappointing comparing to other apartments I stayed in Bologna in previous years.

  : The highlight of this property is the fabulous panoramic views of the historic Centre from two well-appointed rooftop terraces. Part of the charm is the miniscule elevator that takes you up 4 floors. You will then have to climb another floor before getting to the door. Once through that door, there's a wrought iron circular staircase that brings you to the little apartment. We had two carry-on suitcases, so getting up the very narrow circular stairs was not an issue. The bed was very comfortable and amenities modern. The apartment is located amongst little bustling streets packed with a variety of shops, markets and restaurants, and a stone's throw from multiple historic monuments and churches. Noise was not an issue at all. One of my all-time favorite rentals.
  : The washing machine does not spin, so we had to wring out our clothes by hand and dry them using the drying rack on the terrace. Not a major issue.

  : The view from the top is stunning and the interior of the apartment is just magnificent!Also the location is key point for a short stay!It was amazing !
  : Due to the central location some noise is inevitable (at night)and you have to consider in order to reach the top there are some stairs.

  : The terrace!! 360 degree views of Bologna was simply beautiful!! Wonderful central location with food markets underneath. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

  : Unfortunately, we had a delayed arrival until the 2nd day, but were still warmly greeted in the midst of a crowded festival day. It was a very busy day for the host, but we were welcomed and given a detailed overview of the apartment and the surrounding areas and attractions. The location of this apartment could not be any better. We look forward to returning to Bologna and will definitely plan to stay at this apartment! The rooftop terrace and its view are PHENOMENAL!!!
  : This is not a bad thing, and we actually enjoyed this charming feature, but there is one spiral staircase to the apartment from the elevator, and another to reach the rooftop terrace. Those with large pieces of luggage (or bad knees) may not have the same appreciation we did.

  : There was a bad smell that would appear every so often. The host sent someone to take a look as soon as we mentioned it, but the smell still came back.
