  : The Family King suite is perfect for us. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We loved the pool, the business center, and the fitness room.
  : The breakfast was great overall, but there were a couple of hot items that had been re-warmed from at least 3 days. Easy fix, and I hope you they do remedy that practice. (The stalest tater tot I have ever eaten. It looked great, but it was startling.)

  : The breakfast was good and the room was large enough for many people to eat. They served scrambled eggs with cheese, breakfast potatoes, large selection of bakery items and lots of drink options. The room itself was small and the carpet was so dirty i wore my shoes while walking about the room. The room was a family sweet and about 220 sf. I found 2 bugs coming from near the head of my bed. One I smashed and the other got away. I took pics of the bugs and text them right away to front desk but nothing was done. I was told they have no maintenance person, so no one came to spray or move us rooms. I called the manager for 2 out of the 5 days we were there and she said I would receive a credit on my checkout. However, this never happened and I was charged the entire rate. I am still following up with the management there.
  : I did not like the bugs in my room, crawling from near the head of my bed and crawling on the counter by my items. I did not like the fact that management promised me a credit but ultimately on checkout, I was charged the full rate. Management is still yet to follow through or follow-up on my credit. I am 350 miles away and now at their mercy to follow through with the credit I was promised. The front desk were very friendly people but completely unable to help me because they said I needed the manager, who apparently doesn't show up to work often enough! The maintenance man quit his job the day we arrived.

  : The room had no heat. I checked in, then visited with family. When I returned, it was late, and I didnt want to change rooms. When I noted the problem, I expected to be offered a discount or be comped an evening. However, nothing was offered.

  : The room was filthy. Hairs in the shower, stains on carpet and chair, mold on the ceiling. Not a very clean hotel.
