  : The staff was nice and the vending machines were full
  : The bed was firm. The spa was broke. The breakfast was bagged in extremely small portions.

  : We chose this hotel because it advertised hot breakfast included. But, it was only a little snack pack to go. One of those little mini bagels and a small yogurt.
  : The hotel was dated and looked nicer in the pictures than in reality. The location also sounded much nicer in the description. I would stay at a nicer hotel by the airport next time.

  : Beautiful, peaceful location literally right on the river and the path., which was excellent with the dogs. Really lovely staff and facilities across the board. Stayed during Covid, and staff packed up several choices of breakfast to go for guests, which was really appreciated - the only one out of 5 hotels I stayed in on this trip that was still providing breakfast. Definitely staying here when I come through Boise again. :)
  : I was sad the sauna wasn't working when I came through, but hopefully next time!

  : Fit our family for the right price. Pretty easy to get to. Beds were comfortable.
  : Smelled heavily of cigarette smoke at the entrance we used.Hallway had a bit of a stale odor.

  : It was conveniently located and the staff were all great. It’s definitely clean so that was great.
  : Unfortunately we saw a used condom in the plant area of the parking lot and were more than startled in the evening when our daughter almost walked over a man laying in the bushes charging his phone.

  : Cottonwood Suites Boise Riverside Downtown provided a reasonable stay at a slightly overpriced amount. The property is located for easy access to the city. The staff are friendly, but have not been able to resolve the issue illuminated below.
  : I booked this room for a friend. I was able to provide the review above based on his characterizations of the property. He paid the bill at the hotel, AND Cottonwood Suites Boise Riverside Downtown billed my card for the full amount. My friend has traveled to Cottonwood Suites Boise Riverside Downtown more than FIVE times to get a receipt. My friend and I are trying to resolve this matter by ascertaining what was charged by the hotel and how the charges line up on my credit card. The hotel can't provide him with a receipt of the charges because of a system revamp. I want my card credited the amount charged. The next step for me is to file a grievance with my credit card company.
