  : It was spacious with lovely pool areas. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from.
  : The room was not clean. When we checked into our room the dishwasher was full and hadnt been emptied. Bathroom had mould. Blanket on the bed was stained.Placemats on kitchen table had dried up food stuck on them.The room was smelling of cigarettes. The floor was dirty and the lounge has cigarette ash everywhere as well as small holes from cigarette burns. The shower glass had conditioner stuck on it and seemed like it wasnt cleaned from the previous guests.Glasses in the kitchen were put away wet and had lipstick marks on them.One of the door frames in the bathroom came off the hinges and almost fell on us. The resort is very dated and needs a lot of work. Another issue we had was with the outdoor sliding door - it was broken and we couldnt lock it - we complained to the manager and he had it fixed the next day.Another issue we had was the en-suite shower - water wouldnt run away quick enough and would fill up very quickly. Other than our room issues everything else was OK.

  : Location, ambiance and cleanliness. Staff was accommodating and we got free room upgrade and parking. The pools are excellent and beach is just 5mins away. There is a beautiful view point just above the resort and a must go.
  : We were on the top floor and there was no lift in the 1bedroom apartment building so going up and down everytime was a struggle especially after a whole day of hiking,, swimming and walking around town.
