  : Nothing! We arrived an hour before check in so I understood that we might not be able to get into our room but I wanted to go-ahead and check with the front desk since we had requested early check in. The two hotel employees completely ignored me and left my daughter and I standing at the front desk while they stood smoking outside the front door to the hotel. I didn't realize they were staff until I went back outside to leave and saw one of them go inside after she thought i had left. When I went back inside the lobby reeked.of smoke. She had apparently carried her cigarette inside with her. It surprised her that I had come back in but she acknowledged me and rudely asked what I "needed". I told her I had a reservation. She took a long dramatic look.at t the clock and said, No, its too early. Check ins not until 3." I told her we were going to go eat but was wondering if we could go ahead and do the paperwork so we could just go up to our room.after we got back as we were exhausted from the long drive. She looked at me and very rudely said, "No." I told her we had requested early check in, to which she said, "We don't have availability.." Now, I have stayed at many hotels and arrived early on multiple occasions. The clerk will ALWAYS, without even being asked, check their computer to see if anything is available. If so, they check us in to our room. If not, they apologize, give us a time frame and offer to get paperwork out of the way. She didn't even peek at her computer to check housekeeping status. At this point, I was irritated by her rudeness and asked her why she let me stand at the front desk without offering any help. She told me it wasn't her job because she wasn't working front desk. (I'm not sure who it was that was supposed to be as the only other employee I saw was the other lady smoking outside and hugging a man who had arrived when we had pulled in.
  : In addition, the place was dirty and personal belongings of I assume the employees were strewn all over the floor of the Office that was around the corner from the front desk. I had booked 2 nights. I was supposed to be able to cancel with a $95 dollar fee. Booking.com gave the option.of asking the hotel to waive the fee. I requested this and unfortunately it only made it worse as Booking.com simply forwarded my complaint and request directly to the hotel, to the hotel employee who of course refused and claimed I was only canceling because I couldn't get early check in. Once I made the request, my reservation was frozen and i was unable to cancel the reservation until after the hotel responded. They waited until the next day to respond and instead of just charging the cancel fee, they charged for both nights. I reported this to Booking.com and never received a response. I cancelled due to the rudeness and condition of the hotel. I've never done this before, EVER. I've booked many hotels with Booking.com but unfortunately, I don't plan.to use the site anymore. They did nothing to help other than to ask the problem employee, and when she refused...they basically told me, sorry we tried. I would expect a bit of more advocacy for a loyal booking.com client. Instead, we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express across the street, arrived before check in and without asking for it, was offered a room immediately. A world of difference.   : I woke up to front desk being rude to me telling me I did not pay for 2 nights stay when I in fact did. Then the woman told me I would have to come down to the front desk with my card and ID to extend stay when I told her I already paid for 2 nights. I said I would be down the other ladies at the front desk proceeded to call me on the room phone wouldn't even give me a chance to get dressed. Told her I was coming down and that I did Pay for 2 nights. She told also told me I had to extend my stay and pay again. I went down to the front desk and showed them my reservation and I was already paid up. Honestly I should be compensated something for how rudely I was treated. I would not recommend this hotel or ever go back to it. DO BETTER!

  : Musty smell and odor. The hotel needs updating. When we checked in the black girl with yellow hair was rude and very impatient. Acted like she didn't want to be there. The outside of hotel was not maintained, trash was overfilled in trash can. Weeds growing in landscape areas. Bushes needed trimming and yard mowed..
