  : The front desk staff was great. I can not remember his name, but he had longer hair in a pony tail. Very very nice and helpful. We checked in around 8:30pm.

  : The lobby was nice. The gym area very clean and smelled very nice! I love the lemon and lime water out there for people to help their selfs! Extremely close to the Mall Of America!!! 3 min drive
  : I would like to start off with the small sofa that pulls out into a bed not even my grandma would want to sleep on the prison bed. They should at least be a decent size for guess to be comfortable while they sleep at the hotel! Next the pool seemed like a great time hopped in and got some water inside my mouth did not taste like chlorine or how pool water normally taste it almost made me throw up, I couldnt describe that taste but the people that I came with also ended up getting water inside their mouths and they said it taste like pee, straight pee. Thats what it was so nasty needs to be cleaned daily with having lots of guess inside of a hotel with such a small pool. The staff were very very nice with smiles on their faces and making peoples day. Also got charged the extra 30 called the staff to see what it was they said it would return to my bank in 3 to 5 days its been about 2 weeks still hasnt shown up!

  : The breakfast at Jakes was a wonderful addition to our stay.
  : Breakfast was amazing, however, it was clear that the resteraunt was understaffed. The chef was great and the waitress was fantastic however she was running all over the place to get things placed on tables and ready for the next guest. Other guests as well as ourselves had to wait a long time to be seated due to being under staffed. This wait time could be avoided if an additional staff was assigned to the breakfast area.
