  : Everything you needed - easy to get access, friendly owner who was there if you needed but didn't intrude.
  : It was quite cold in the lounge - it would be good if there was a rug

  : Bedrooms lovely size, furniture good quality and comfortable.Adjustable heating and all radiators worked.Lovely powerful shower.Not cluttered. Washing machine and tumble dryer both worked fab.Parking for 3 cars was so helpful.Cake was delicious, and the handbook very helpful and witty.WiFi worked really well.Quiet street, great pub up the hill.It really suited our needs and we were very comfortable there. We're so pleased we booked it.
  : Perhaps a heated clothes rail for drying walking boots / coats would be useful, we put the clothes horse infront of radiators but it took ages to dry and felt like it was making downstairs smell damp.Also, another recycling bin in kitchen would help us keep waste more separate ie for card, paper, cans etc
