  : Grear cottage, very cosy and comfortable. Great place for a calming weekend away. Good location for hike in Snowdonia. It has a very nice wood burner which is perfect for long evenings. I fully recommend this place.

  : Good little cottage with a bit of a history, clean and well maintained. Great views when you walk around the hill tops. Walkable from the train station about 15-20mins
  : Not much around the area in terms of places to eat. They shut early and sometimes during the afternoon.

  : Nice little cottage in Blaenau. Good size for a family of four, equipped with all necessities. Hi speed internet (38mb) helped keep kids entertained on their devices. Location is good as a base of operations for exploring Snowdonia. Would definitely book here again.
  : As others have mentioned, parking can be a challenge nearby (not the cottage's fault). The central heating / hot water was OK - but perhaps not as warm / hot as we would have liked - perhaps just a setting on the boiler? And given this will have been the first booking in a while, the cottage wasn't quite as spotlessly clean as some we have stayed in in the past - although I am perhaps being a bit picky.

  : Ideal location for Snowdonia.
  : From the outside the cottage looked idyllic. On the inside it was tired and badly in need of some tlc. There are dirty marks on the walls and doors that could easily be cleaned. Peeling paint, dusty skirting boards. But the worst was the uncomfortable beds, none of us got a good nights sleep, which did encroach on our holiday. The mattresses were thin and past their best. Such a shame.
