  : entertainment on both nights of stay
  : arrived at property and was firstly given someone elses booking, then when I got the right room we walked in to a double bed & single bed which I had booked a double bed and 2 single beds, bed sheets were dirty, floors were dirty and things were broken in the bedroom such as curtains, wardrobe. i went downstairs to address my problems and the women was rude, said it was my fault for booking for booking.com, I should of booked straight through the hotel. She said she would sort another her for my second child. she sent someone to put a second bed in and the only space for it was right next to a corner table and a kettle. i was expected to let my 2 year old child sleep next to a kettle and a corner table. I ask if I could see management up to the room so I could show them the dirty sheets and where the bed had been placed was not acceptable. I had young workers come back to my room and tell me that she wasnt coming up and if I had a problem with anything I had to go down to reception. i had to take my children downstairs for the third time to complain about the situation. The same women mentioned was at the desk again and she asked me what the issue was and that I must of booked the wrong room (which I didnt so I showed her my booking confirmation) as she was looking at that another person staying in the property walked in and she said she would deal with them first and come back to me. i feel like my problem was pushed a side so she could deal with checking people into the hotel. When she came back to me she said she would send someone up to me. i got back to my room and a maintenance person knocked on the door to tell me he was coming to move the kettle, which thats not what I asked for. i went back to the desk to ask for a refund and they said they couldnt issue this as it wasnt booked directly through themselves.

  : Very under staffed! The staff were lovely but the 5 days we stayed not once did anyone come and clear the bins or anything in the rooms or stock up with toilet rolls or anything.

  : Had to ask for towels when the cleaners had already been in but never changed them and on 1 occasion never locked our door ( man at reception gave us towels no problem)
