  : There was nothing I liked about this property I didn't feel safe and it was dirty
  : We couldn't get in to the key safe ( no answer on the help line ) took over an hour to get in ,lock wouldn't work from the inside, hall smelt of drugs, property was filthy, sofa bed in living area was broken, lock on bathroom door was broken Very disappointed with accommodation

  : Apartment was abominable. Bed bugs, furniture with poo stains ( which stank) toilet cistern kept hitting back when you sit on toilet, floor was collapsing under futon which should have been a sofa bed & no staff would speak to u when u rang to complain

  : location apartment was spacious fee on street parking- once you find a space Co-op nearby relatively clean - the toilet was clean and the cooker was clean fridge was clean lovely quality clean towel electric free standing radiator heater
  : apartment door doesnt lock from the inside- had to leave it unlocked all night on my own with my grandkids boiler not working- no heating or hot water for the duration of our stay bedding well used and not certain it was freshly laundered- it didnt smell clean like the towel that I couldnt use because there was no hot water bunk beds make a terrible noise every time the boys moved- they kept waking each other up (and me) during the night (although l did not sleep well because I was anxious that the door was unlocked dirty kitchen ware in the cupboard - obviously things hadnt been checked and cleaned from the previous occupants- no dishwasher to sterilise crockery etc and no hot water to wash dishes poor quality dining table and chairs and also sofa no yea towels the itinerary says there are cleaning products but these consisted of two dirty sponges and a quarter of a bottle of washing up liquid

  : It looked nice on pictures. At first glance, when you walk in it looks nice.
  : When you really looked at the apartment, it was unfinished. Holes in flooring, holes at the bottom of the wall near front door. Front door didn't lock from inside and had to get maintenance round. No plug for bath, which when we got one, realised the spa bath taps and shower DIDNT work. The sofa in living area is broken and springs coming through. Netflix kept freezing so turned it off. Bunkbed was unsafe to sleep on top and both children slept on bottom bunk, which made a noise everytime they moved so they hardly slept throughout our stay. Main room, we didn't sleep under covers as they smelt stale, the mattress had marks on had springs showing through. The heating stopped working, as it was hanging off the wall... my list goes on and on. Worst place we've ever stayed in the 18 years we've been travelling around the UK.
