  : I stayed there 5 nights cause of I paid all at the check in and I couldnt cancel the booking. First night I stayed the room no 4 ; ceiling is low, room is small, and no protection on the window ( room has one window ) . Water flows very much from the shower . I decided to change the room with extra charge and move to room number 3. Receptionist Irina looked and said that ok we may change the room. Later 1. Manager ( man) talked in Ukrainian language to my girl friend and said its not possible cause of unbelievable reasons. He created a problem. Then I called the customer service of booking.com . After customer services mail to property 2 .day 2. Manager Olena talk to us with apologies and we move to room No 3 . This room was large and very beautiful view. Bed is so hard. Water flows from the shower. But ok . I told the wrong things to Olena . I think that she does care about that. The accommodation does care about restaurant more than hotel. Restaurant is nice. Food is ok. Location and view is wonderful in nature near the river.

  : Good place as for Bila Tserkva small city, everything is good. Great location on the river.

  : The location is quite good since it is a bit further from the downtown. The river view was amazing, food was good as well. The staff was helpful and nice. It felt very safe and peaceful (though there is a war going on).
  : Not impressed with breakfasts. Also, the time for breakfast was a bit late, but again there is a war on, so the very fact that it is still served is a plus rather than the minus. Also had some minor issues with the shower, but I guess it was more my fault.

  : This is a new, modern, and stylish hotel right on the river with a nice park-like space next to it, a 15-minute walk to the city center. Other reviews show that it is very popular for weddings or other events, but my friends and I stayed here as regular guests. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, but they also seemed a little inexperienced, so be patient with their mild unprofessionalism/confusion. Although the room is smaller than what I usually get at a hotel, it was cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. We ate several times at the restaurant and were very pleased with dinner and dessert.
  : The internet and breakfast were the only real disappointments. The wifi was weak in both my room (#2) and my friends' room at the other side of the hall (#5), so it wasn't strong enough to stream a movie to watch nor to have a video call for work (we needed to use our car's internet for these). The breakfasts weren't bad, but they were very basicvery small and simple, like a homemade breakfast for a child (and salt and pepper weren't available for the eggs/omelet). Also, it was misleading to be given the menu that says that breakfast is 8-10am daily but then discover late the night before that it wouldn't be until 9am; we suddenly needed to decide if we needed to drive to a supermarket at 1am to get something for the morning or to skip breakfast entirely. Thankfully, they made an exception for us and prepared breakfast at 8am, which is very accommodating, but they certainly should fix their outdated materials if they make a schedule change like this.
