  : Location was good, although behind the complex was a children's amusement park which was noisy and had loud music playing until 23:00 hrs. The adjoining 3 restaurants/cafes was practical and nice. Easy to get to public transport (buses) from here. Room had air conditioning although it had difficulty cooling down the room with outside temperatures exceeding 30C
  : The curtains did not really close the windows completely allowing sunlight/street light to shine on your face whilst asleep. Was impossible to arrange them another way to block off the light. Not ideal for people needing a dark room to sleep. There was no chair in the room. You could only sit on the bed or stay standing. Difficulty finding the place and getting the keys. No signs anywhere direct you to the entry of the apartment block which is located behind the "Buffet" restaurant. After asking many people around, one suggested to ask a waiter/waitress at the Buffet about the entrance and keys. Finally met the administrator of the restaurant who had the keys. No one speaks English here! Sign language helped to make my needs known. Most dissappointing was the cleanliness of the room especially the shower - see attached pic. In my 4 day stay cleaners appeared once unexpectedly on Sunday afternoon 4.00 PM. Had to send them away. Apparently they came on the 3rd. day but only emptied the bin, replaced towels and changed the water glasses. Bed was not made up nor was the bathroom cleaned! The included breakfast at the Buffet restaurant was rather limited. A fixed choice of 4 items from a separate Ukrainian only menu with 1 beverage. The normal menu had many more breakfast choices and was also available in English if requested. None of the waiting staff spoke/understood any English which was expected! Thanks to google translate I managed to figure it out :)
