  : The location was great. The maintenance personnel did what they could.
  : Smoke poured out of the wood burning stove into the cabin, setting off smoke alarms throughout the cabin. Managements solution was to tell us just not to use that amenity and turn the heater on. We went to Big Bear, in the snow, to get out of the city and enjoy that amenity. We had to open every window and door in the cabin in order to breath and stop our eyes from watering. Maintenance had to remove smoke alarms, safety hazard, to avoid them repeatedly going off. No trash bags stocked in the kitchen, toaster smoked as much as the fireplace. Were advised by maintenance not to use toaster as well due to it being a hazard. Remotes for tv and ceiling fans were missing, so couldn’t use those amenities as well. Brought home $60 worth of firewood I purchased in Big Bear that I wasn’t able to use. Were informed when we checked into the cabin that upon checkout we needed to take all of our trash with us or be charged $20 per bag disposal fee. I could go on and on......First vacation with my wife and 3 kids in 6 years and couldn’t be more disappointed. Took this trip to celebrate my daughters 1st birthday, who is battling cancer. Chose this location to escape from our life and the reality we have been dealing with on a daily basis since finding out in June that our daughter has an aggressive form of cancer. Daughter is doing well. Accommodations were a disaster.
