  : I understand in the mountains there are going to be bugs but there were ants everywhere in our room! They were on the sofa, coffee table, kitchen counter, the stove, in the hot tub and even the bathroom. I couldn’t comfortably sit anywhere without an ant crawling on me. My husband & I were not able to sleep because of ants. Plus there was no AC. This was a real bummer on a hot summer day. I didn’t even think about it when booking this place because in socal, it’s usually a given that a room has AC. Also, the lodge grounds itself was kinda messy. You see tools & different things lying around the grounds like if they were working on something but just didn’t bother to put anything away afterward. I liked the pool & the pool area, pretty cool.
  : This lodge looks much better in pictures. Don’t be fooled! Ants everywhere inside our room. No AC, the room looks neat at first glance but then you you start to see areas that need attention and cleaning. I’m disappointed because I really wanted to love this place especially after seeing the show that this lodge was featured on.

  : I didn't like all the ants in the kitchen it was quite a battle. As soon as you out any food on the counter in minutes they are right there.

  : Very comfortable cabin with all essential utilities. The area is quiet and with easy access to the village. The staff was helpful and friendly.
  : The kitchen sink didn`t have warm water and the heating was not working very well. It would be good to have a pan to use in the oven.
