  : location was good fenced yard for my dog was secure the back yard is not maintained, however it did have a new patio slab and cover
  : Decorated with Goodwill Style, Early American dinner table , modern coffee table ,some sort of TV stand sitting on the nice brick hearth , area rugs dated and need to be thrown away, nice old but comfortable sectional sofa, one bedroom is a wall to wall mattress, master bedroom is a decorating disaster, mattresses we’re comfortable enough. shower was a newer corner shower, very small. There’s plenty of hot water and that was nice. Heater works well. New windows through out the place. Nice huge front wooden deck for a family gathering.
