  : I needed something with availability for a last minute stop that was conveniently located and this checked the boxes. Overall, it did look like the pictures, but it was way less appealing in real life.On a scale from 1-5, I would put it at a 3.5 for the facilities, but it would be brought up to 4 because the communication from the staff member I dealt with, Sam, was very good.
  : There was dust in all corners, really bad hard water stains on the shower head, the linens on the bed had a couple of small holes, the tub had loose jets and a deep clean around the drain wouldve been helpful. The bathroom area did not have mats and the floor was a very cold concrete-ish surface.

  : It was clean and recently upgraded except for the jacuzzi and shower head in the shower was very old
  : Booking. Com said it was soundproof. IT WAS NOT. RIGHT ON THE STREET AND I COULD HEAR EVERY CAR THAT PASSED. EVERY ROOM FACED THE STREET SO I DIDN'T HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION. Booking.com said it had a view. IT DID NOT. VIEW OF THE STREET IS WHAT I GOT. THE STREET WAS JUST FEET AWAY. Booking. Com said it had a balcony. IT DID NOT. IT HAD A PORCH. SOME OF THE JETS DID NOT WORK AND I WANTED TO BOOK A ROOM WITH IN ROOM JACUZZI ONLY. SHOWER HEAD WAS TOO OLD AND DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. THERE WAS NO LOBBY. I HAD TO EITHER WALK OR DRIVE TO ANOTHER STREET.

  : Place looked abandoned overly grown weeds outside the location. The room I thought i picked wasn't given to me. The room I got was old room #1 downstairs and could hear people upstarts with every step they took.

  : The room was OK
  : The view was on the street noisy and so annoying. The location is horrible ,parking so narrow we thought being in big bear the view will have a look on trees or the lake . It was outside the room looking at the parking. The girl at the desk gave us 1st floor n when I told her we paid for a balcony n the view she said all the rooms are booked . And when I insisted she went inside talked to the manager am guessing n she said OK I ll give u a room upstairs!!!!! Really I thought they were all booked ! A waste of money . Wasn't t happy at all
