: The fact there was a washer and dryer. We were able to.wash all.of our clothes before returning home.
: There were spider webs on the corners of the walls. The fan was packed with dust and spider webs hanging down. On the bathroom behind the dryer, it was completely dusty. The shower curtain on the bottom had the pink ring on it, you.can tell it hadn't been cleaned. These are easy and quick things to do every couple of months.

: There was a wall unit air conditioner and the toilet was clean. The bed was comfortable.
: The floors were dirty and there were cob webs inside the bedrooms. The bath towels were very rough. The parking stall was hard to get into. The dust pan was damaged and needs to be replaced. There are no blinds in the larger bedroom, only a very sheer curtain. There was no dresser to store clothes or a closet to hang them.
