  : I call the manager to said that there was no hot water and she said that somebody was going to check it but nobody came i had few hot water

Disappointing

  : Location.
  : The place was dirty, the floor especially. Pictures taken. We had to clean the bath tubs before bathing the baby. The dryer buzzer would constantly sound when the dryer wasn’t running. We had to unplug it to get it to shut up, which was very hard to reach and created a large arc of electrical current. The lint trap was broken. Dishes were left in the dishwasher. One of the kitchen table chairs were broken and put in such a way so it wasn’t realized until after sitting on it. Caused an edged piece of wood to pinch you hind end. Im pretty angry having to pay the exorbitant cleaning cost and the full rate for a place in this condition. The staff kept limited hours and were very hard to reach at times.

  : the layout of the property and the location is excellent… it was perfect set-up for a 3 bedroom
  : the furniture was the worst I had sat in…we tried watching the Super Bowl on tv and it was very difficult to sit on the couch. also, the floor boards were coming up in the kitchen. and the rugs really need to be thrown away…I kept finding items in them by stepping on them (firecrackers. someone else’s socks, hard pieces of plastic)… it was gross. also, pulled dishes out to eat and they were dirty.
