  : The floor is not very clean, only half a roll of toilet paper is placed in the toilet. It was not very easy to find the apartment and you can hear a lot of noise from the streets.

  : Even though we did a reservation of an apartment with two rooms for the two adults (with the intention of staying and sleeping separately), owners asked us to pays additional fee of around 8 euros for a towel and a bed sheet. Their given reason for this, was totally out of context and non sustainable. Also, it was very difficult for us to communicate because owner spoke Polish and Russian, even though according to Booking.com, the property owners also speak English. Despite this, the apartment was exceptional and in one of a best locations.

  : Bright spacious apartments, good location, close to the center. Warm floor in the bathroom.
  : The parking lot is on the street, you have to look for free places. Could not turn on the electric stove.There was no clear indication of check-in

  : Property was clean, great location.
  : We informed the staff about a person on a wheelchair and a dog with us, however, it was not taken into consideration by the host at all. We were welcomed with three huge steps to get into the apartment, making it almost impossible to climb with the wheelchair. When we told the host about it, we were ignored saying there are three of you so you should be fine. Even though the staff was informed about the dog and told us nothing about additional pay, the host saw that we were with dog and one of the hosts employees came slightly after 10pm screaming and waveing at us with the card reader in russian that we have to pay 100zl for the dog additionally. Also, even though it says on the booking that they speak English, when we asked to speak in English employee said something like Go to your freaking country and speak however you want, in Poland you should speak Polish. When we asked why the apartment isnt acessible for the wheelchair, he screamed at us as well, insulting our disabled member, was being super disrespectful. If you are willing to have a nice stay in Bialystok do not take this place into consideration at all, especially if you are on a wheelchair, with a pet, or you speak English.

  : We expect apartment for 4 adults. We got one double bed , one single bed ant sofa in living room. A bed linen is only for 2 double beds. One of us must bring its own bed linen. This is unacceptable
  : If apartment is stated for 4 persons, everything must be provided for 4 persons, not only pillows and forks.
