  : The location was good, almost in the city center, close to great caf and asian restaurants. Also quiet at night and free parking in the garage.
  : We were disappointed with the apartment. The Host/Owner does not maintain the property. The shower drain was not working properly. It was flooding the bathroom. We asked him to fix the problem. He said he would. We asked a few times. Days went by. He lied to us and never did it. There were many lights that didn't work properly. Or, were missing working bulbs. That's ridiculous and an easy fix. The kitchen was a big disappointment. We always rent places with kitchens. No dish towels, three (3) spoons, no dishwasher cleaning tablets, or pods, and no drainer/strainer for fruits and vegetables. The host/owner could easily spend $20 at IKEA to improve the kitchen. On the bedroom wall there are two (2) of the three (3) outlets missing. It looked really bad. An obvious and easy fix. We don't recommend this place.

  : The apartment property itself is great.Good location with plenty of amenities just minutes away and it has decent furnishing.
  : Despite having decent furnishing, the property was poorly maintained. The light fixtures only had one bulb working in the kitchen/living room, meaning it's dark and not bright and airy as per advertised photos. Same for the lights by the front door and the bathroom.The bedroom has empty bare sockets on the wall (see photos).Host does not speak English despite this being advertised as "languages spoken". Tried to communicate over the phone and they said send a text, so they only communicate by English via translation and text. If you have any issues that need to be discussed, well, good luck with that.The property also advertises free parking. When I asked the host about this, they said I can pay for private parking or park on the streets for free. And get this: None of the streets by the building have free parking. They are all metered. When I asked the host to guide us to the free parking spots, they ignored all communication. No hand towels - see other reviews about this. When we asked the host for hand towels - they said "you have towels (yes, bath towels). Use those".Meaning whenever you wash your hands in the bathroom or kitchen, make sure you have your bath towel ready by your side. The host was very defensive in saying they manage 30+ properties , and all are amazingly reviewed. As I said, the property itself is great. The maintenance and the hospitality is terrible. If you are staying longer than one night, you might want to consider if these issues will affect your stay.

  : Very nice and clean apartment with a very nice staff guy. Great location, private parking which is very needed on the workdays especially!
  : Only one thing we were missing - only 2 towels for 2 people. Would like to get 2 more - for the face and also the one after shower for legs.
