  : The Wi Fi was working on and off. On the 3 rd day of my stay the TV stopped working. I sent the message to the receptionist. She didnt respond it. I asked cleaning ladies to report the problem. But nobody came to fix the problem during my 3 last days in this property.

  : The apartment is big enoughThe location is great, close to everythingThe price is good as for such appartement.
  : The smell in the appartement is very strange, when we just enter the flat it was very hard. Either it is after cleaning or it just a regular smell of the flatIt was not clean, there are few spots in bathroom that clearly noone have touched. The whole concept is a bit complicated, because you need to take the keys from one place and then walk or drive to the location of the appartement. In addition the check out is quite early before 10, so better keep it in mind.

  : The balcony and the shower-the rest was disgusting, ripped, old stained and dirty
  : Almost everything! The receptionist-think she was from Belarus was rude and had zero customer service Once checked in to the apartment we noticed the problem with the key, tricky to close and lock the door, then the bathroom was dirty with broken toilet seat and ripped bath towel, light missing -literally whole in the ceiling following to the living room/ kitchen, sofa was in terrible stage, ripped stained and smelly, the curtains looked old and like they havent been washed for a long time , the TV remote control didnt workin the bedroom we only had two towels left for two people, very unhygienic!!! the pillow covers had holes, there was only two flat pillow left for two of usIve message the apartment on the telephone number which theyre message me the night before arrival and no response! after using this company for 5 year I wont be booking their apartment never again dont be fooled by the name of ROYAL as there is nothing royal about the apartment,its dingy, dirty and outdated
