  : Great location, few minutes walk from the town centre. Comfortable beds. Little balcony to look out and catch some fresh air. Fit for purpose if you just want a place to sleep and refresh before spending a day out in town.
  : Apartment is a bit small. You can definitely find a bigger place for a similar price and in a similar location as we found one for my friend who came to Bialystok with us. There is no designated lounge area with sofa to sit and relax on while watching TV. TV itself was small and blurry. There was only a kitchen table with four chairs to have breakfast at if you choose to do that. The towels supplied were the size of a hand towels, no proper size towels to dry yourself after the shower. Only one and a half of toilet roll was supplied, which has run out in two days and we had to buy our own. Also no kitchen towel, normal or paper one was supplied either. Also, unfortunately there was no basics like coffee or tea or sugar supplied, which is expected as standard. But the most frustrating thing was the small size of the toilet seat. It felt like it was designed for children so not very comfortable for grownups. It was also very shallow so... I will just leave that to other people's imagination.

  : Close to center of town, clean place with newly renovated kitchen and bathroom.
  : Rooms are hot in summer all the time, paid parking for cars, fridge kinda small for a week stay.

  : The property gave small hand towels, they were not responsive, no toilet paper (only one) , no AC, broken toilet seat and shower head

  : The location was very convenient.
  : We liked the location. The apartment needs some care. The sofa was missing side part. The wall to one of the bedrooms and next to a windowsill in another bedroom had missing plaster. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain or drained very slow. I'm not sure if the apartment was cleaned after the previous people, or was cleaned poorly because there were dark short hair left in the shower stall and a lot of dust balls under the small counter in the kitchen. The bath towels were the size of the hand towels, one per person. When I asked right after our arrival for the bigger towels and the laundry detergent I had to call/text few times with no results. After three days, a very unfriendly man came with the bag of towels in the same size as we already had and no laundry detergent. When I asked about it, he said that they don't have bigger towels and nobody told him about the laundry detergent. There was no tea or coffee, no paper towel, nor extra pillows, etc. This wasn't our first apartment rented from Booking.com or Airbnb in Poland, but surely it was the worst one. It looks like we were a nuisance to them, a necessary evil they had to tolerate.
