: 1 . Staff does not speak English 2. The access to apartment was very difficult and late response from reception 3. In the middle of the night a group of men forced the door to our apartment to rob us, they also had keys. Luckily we left the keys inside the door and they couldnt 4. I called police 5. The staff didnt even answered to us about situation So , no safety at this apartments at all , no answer from anyone, also be aware at thieves.

: WiFi is very slow 2 mbps, so not suitable for remote work at all, or the internet just for show. The owner ignored requests to pay another rate. The flush in the toilet was broken, but it turned out that it was necessary to press the drain button very hard, the water in the bath drained very slowly. There are no hooks or a towel dryer in the bathroom, there is nowhere to hang clothes or a towel. The kitchen equipment is poor: very little cutlery, one large pot with a broken handle, blunt knives, all of poor quality. Lack of a vacuum cleaner or a large brush, which is inconvenient for a week-long stay. the floor is dirty, you need to walk in slippers. I had to buy rags and mop the floor. If we consider an apartment for one night or two, then it is normal. The mattress is very soft, but that's how you like it. By the way, asked to bring a duvet cover, but the request was also ignored. If you are two, but not a couple, you will still sleep under the same blanket. There are cigarette holes on the curtains, on the sofa and even on the curtain in the bathroom.
