Please note, The Salt Pond community includes a seasonal outdoor pool (with a kiddie pool), three tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, and a clubhouse with a heated indoor pool and spa (open September-June only) and fitness equipment. Renters 16 and older must present the rental agreement and ID. to purchase the amenities badge which is good for one week. No prorates on partial rentals.
