  : The location was amazing. Very private. Grocery store within walking distance. For the most part, the property we rented was fine.
  : Front door wouldnt open. Furniture was mismatched (kitchen chairs), the patio furniture was dirty. The outdoor shower didnt work. There was supposed to be room in the garage for 2 vehicles but we could only fit 1 because there were bikes and huge bags of leaves on one side of the garage. Someone had to be home at all times because the front door didnt work and we couldnt leave with the garage door open and unlocked. The furniture in the living rooms, couches specifically, were dirty and torn and garbage was in the pull out beds. The grill outside was absolutely disgusting and looks like it has never been cleaned. Every time we closed the door that leads from the kitchen to the garage, pieces of the ceiling would fall off. Also, communication with the owner was non existent and the property manager, Kathy, wouldnt answer any of my texts, but she would answer when I called. George, the owner, never answered my calls or texts. My sons friend left 2 pair of expensive sneakers in the room he stayed in. I called Kathy as soon as I got home and she said she would have her husband get them and call me back so I can have her ship them to me. Hopefully she follows through and I dont have to keep calling.

  : Absolutely NOTHING. This is a fraud. No pool available, no tv, no internet, terrible beds, the potholders were ridiculous, mold in the laundry area, dryer sounded like it was going to explode, the grass was so long that there were mosquitoes EVERYWHERE, outdoor shower and hose barely work, tree down in back yard, backyard outdoor space was so overgrown it was too difficult to use. If owner does not get back to me with some type of refund, I will fight the charge with my bank. Booking. Com should be ashamed to have this listing and should also offer some type of reimbursement.
