  : The property was beautiful. We were looking for a nice relaxing family vacation and that is what we got. The surrounding community is nice and quiet. The only thing that wouldve made our stay better was if the pool had been open so we couldve taken the kids swimming.
  : The pool being closed, the surround sound system in the living room did not work even after someone was sent to try to fix it. The master bed was pretty hard, could definitely use a softer mattress. The cleaning crew should check all drawers when cleaning as we found a condom in one of the bed side drawers in the master bedroom that the previous people mustve left.

  : Location was about the only good thing. Its a shame bc the house had potential.
  : It wasnt so much the property itself, but the property manager. Check in was at 4, and we arrived at 4:40 to a completely trashed house from what I can only assume was from the previous stay. It had not been cleaned for the next people to stay. When Vacasa was called they were of no help. We spoke to 5 different people since 5pm and finally they had some poor lady show up at 8pm to clean a 6 bedroom house alone. Our whole family had already begun and continued to clean when the lady arrived. Again, Vacasa was no help what so ever and only offered to reimburse our dinner for the night. Albeit a nice gesture, it did not change the fact that they couldnt give us a reason as to why the house was never cleaned and continued to give us the run around with how long the cleaners would be. I cannot begin to explain the filth that was left behind for us to walk into. Urinated towels were piled on the floor and one was defecated in. Beds had urine stains, the toilets were disgusting, the showers had hair all over them. Counters were sticky and the floors left your feet black. Before the cleaning lady came, my daughter began cleaning the floors and the mop water was black. The basement has a moldy smell and stains all over the carpets. This house is not marketed truthfully. The pictures do not show the stains not only on the carpet but on the furniture ( which we covered with blankets). Vacasa should be more diligent in taking care of their properties and not scam people.
