  : For the price, it's an absolute no-go (700 Euro, 4 Nights). Room service only every two days, moldy silicone in the bathroom, stains on the floor and walls, a hole in the sheet, the air conditioner doesn't show the temperature, the bed shifts just by lying on it, and the Wi-Fi doesn't work. Used glass.

  : It was super clean, brand new large rooms and bathrooms. The staff were so lovely.
  : It feels like this hotel is “not ready” - whilst new it is lacking common regular hotel features. We were a couple that stayed in a large room, the booking listed “extra large bed” but it was two beds connected underneath- they kept coming apart and we kept falling down the middle. There was only half a toilet roll and no spares so we had to keep ringing to get one delivered. There was only 1 large towel on our first day. There is no iron or fridge in the room. The iron that we borrowed leaked and was a pain to use. There are two coffee pods but no spoons to stir your sugar. No tea. No kettle. There are two water glassss but just one small bottle of water. You have to request to clean your room, else it’s every 2 days (for a 3 night stay I think you should just clean every day, this makes sense for longer trips). No bath robes. No wow factor, or special thought to make your stay feel homely / special. Breakfast was 19€ so we opted out - there is a great cafe opposite where we got two coffees, croissant and sandwich for 14€ total! Sadly the spa was also out of use for refurbishment whilst we were there. The area is great - at first it might seem a little out of the way, but this area was super close to East Berlin lots of cool shops, bars, and true Berlin culture - go to Oranienstraße!

  : The beds are great. Breakfast is very good.
  : No one ever came in to make up the room during our three day stay. One night a couple walked into the room while we slept because the front desk manager gave them the wrong key. Though the room includes a coffee machine, there were no cups. The hotel normally provides a small bottle of water. This too was not provided when we arrived.
