  : Room was very comfy and clean. Nice area of Berlin too.
  : A bit old fashion looking, maybe could use new furniture or paint the walls to make it look better and brighter. Also breakfast is not free. In reception they told me that I just had to walk to the buffet area but never explained it was an additional charge. It really sounded as though it was complementary but we got the bill at checkout which came as a not so pleasant surprise. Clear communication about paid services is ESSENTIAL.

  : The room was spacious, location is nice.
  : TL;DR - shitty service, hideous bed, no AC.There are so many hotels in Berlin, do your self a favor and give your money to a place that's worth it.The room had the worst mattress we've ever slept in, hard as a wood, combined with over used paper thin pillows, we barely slept.There is no AC in the room, we only got bad fan who barely worked while the outside temperature was over 32 degrees.The shower's temperature changes from boiling hot to ice cold without touching the handle.After mentioning all of it to the receptionist, we got an unsympathetic answer of "There is nothing to do, all the rooms are the same, I'll just send someone to check the shower".Spoiler? nothing got fixed.Two night afterwards, we contacted booking.com about changing hotel, after Booking sent a request to cancel and asked us to contact the reception about it, the receptionist basically blamed us for complaining because "other guests did not say anything like the things we mentioned" - That's a total lie, just look at other review here...

  : I paid 3 days and the hotel refused to let us access our laundry which. The hotel is in the middle of a dangerous council estate. Don’t stay here

  : We arrived early and in a rain storm, the reception staff offered us a towel to dry off. The staff also helped me with a wheelchair I'd rented so that was very kind of them. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely kitchenette. The room has a balcony which we didn't really use due to the weather. We had a great stay and would stay again.

  : Very helpful staff, comfortable room and enjoyed having a balcony and kitchenette. Close to good convenience store. Walking distance to Brandenburg Gate (25 mins) with plenty of restaurants and bars along the way. Also loved having access to a washing machine and dryer.
  : The actual location is a bit dead and lacking in atmosphere but you don’t have to walk far to find places so this is just mentioned as something to be aware of, not necessarily as a negative comment.

  : The property was easy enough to find just around the corner from Checkpoint Charlie. Staff welcoming and friendly, reception and rooms clean, well set out and exactly as described
  : If I had to be picky I’d say the location was a little out of the way and needed a metro ride each time. That said it was easy to do, just time consuming if only staying a couple of days !
