  : The accommodation is well located and super clean. It is a flat which makes it ideal for a few days. The staff were super friendly. They told us where to eat and it was a success. There is a bedroom which sleeps 4 people in bed. 2 more on a sofa bed in the kitchen. Highly recommended.

  : Apartment is good sized. The kitchen and its supplies are excellent / high quality, with more than adequate counter space, utensils, pots/ pans of good quality. Large refrigerator. There is a washing machine. The bathroom has counter space and is better than average for the Balkans. Large dining table, comfortable seating, and an outside balcony which would be pleasant in warm weather, There is plenty of bedding and the beds are firm and of good quality. There is single room AC/Heating in the bedroom, however the host supplied us with a large column heater (not a radiant heater), which kept us very comfortable. The apartment is equipped for multi-day stays. The hosts speak minimal English. However their kindness and hospitality, transcends language. They are comfortable with using Google translate. They responded to our requests within minutes (They live in the same building.)You could not wish for better hosts! The apartment is located just off the main street near the town center, There isnt a view, but there are bakeries, grocery stores, a CONAD, fruit and vegetable stands, a wine store, and taxi stand, within 300m. 100M away is the pedestrian walkway near the river, which has restaurants and cafes. There is the usual day-time noise and bustle, however you can sleep well. Berat itself is a small yet interesting city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its small enough to walk around (climb around) if you have strong legs. Bring a walking stick! The expression Its all up hill from here would describe Berat perfectly. Ujes Apartment has a great value to price ratio. Their old-school hospitality was enjoyable and touching. . I would strongly recommend this property for multi-day stays while exploring Berat and its surroundings.
