  : No hairdryer.No English TV but that is normal on Albania .

  : the room is very clean-the owner ''lady butterfly'' was very friendly--the manager soni can speak english--he is also very friendly and very helpful -very considerate-giving information about the city -he was very knowledgeable about the history of the city - i would highly recommend using his service
  : the breakfast is ok-with fried egg or omelet -one sausage-and bread--it would be nice if there are more choices

  : The owner lady is very kind, she doesnt speak English, but as I experienced she is very polite.She provided us with very good breakfast too. Mr Sony, the Manager speaks English very well, he is very friendly and very helpful, he even helped us with our luggage.
  : The apartment is very cleanly kept, but it is not spacious.

  : The owner is very nice and kind! She prepares the breakfast (homemade cake too) The flat is new; was clean and tidy! The location is good (downtown) and Conad supermarket is 1 minute far from it

  : This a really nice place to stay in Berat. The house owner is a lovely woman, she was very sweet with us and also with our 2.5 years old kid. Location is perfect, price is very reasonable and breakfast was AMAZING, best breakfast that we had in Albania in the week we were there traveling around. The apartment is very quiet despite the being very centrally located. At the same time, if you travel with a small kid that might cry at night, you can rest assured that you will not bother anyone, place is well isolated. If you travel by car, take into count that there is free parking in the city but might not be very close to the apartment.
