  : No washcloth s. Tv didn’t work. Coffee maker didn’t work. Leaked water everywhere. I had to go to desk to get another . Tiny pieces of soap.

  : The room was clean.
  : When arrived the lady at the front said it had new owners and I would have to pay again and contact Booking.com to get a refund. After spreading 20 minutes text the manager they finally decided I have already paid for my room through booking.com. Next she spent 15 minutes trying to code a key. Eventually just had to use a master key to let us in. We went to a show and when we returned they had keys for us. Then at 12:30 am a different front desk lady tried to let herself into our room. They god we had the top locked. She was very apologetic but concerned she was trying to get into a room that late at night. The next morning the cleaning crew was bagging on the door while we were in the shower and it wasn’t even check out time.

  : We were there during the tornado. Just wish they would have some kind of alarm to let the patrons know about it. Luckily our phones went off to let us know but some people didn't have that notice.
