  : Location -- pleasant staff -- very accommodating when tornado went through and electricity went out. Still had a breakfast available and help if needed
  : Was not expecting such a small room. Did not have a microwave or refrigerator which I had brought food to prepare in the room. Was way overpriced for such a small place, but there was alot going on in Bentonville and that was one of the only places that had a room available. Not sure if Booking.com made the price so big or if the Microtel made it that big, but was not warned that the room did not have microwave and frig available before going.

  : Staff was friendly and breakfast was really impressive. The room was nice enough with a small kitchen even. Everything seemed to be very clean.
  : I got a call early in the afternoon on the way to the hotel to tell me that the room with 2 beds that I reserved 2 months ago had been overbooked and so I would either be given a room with one bed and a pull out couch, or I could go to another hotel. Since it was Memorial Day weekend everything was either booked or extremely expensive for a last minute booking. I asked if there would be a discount since this was in no way my fault and we would be inconvenienced. I was told that the manager wasn't there to ask and so all she could do was knock off $10. When we arrived several hours later it was still just $10 off.

  : Breakfast was what you would expect for a 2 star. Location was good.
  : It was under construction and the elevator was on the fritz. Marketed as “soundproof”: it most assuredly was NOT! We could hear the music from the workers, conversations from the hallway, and “late night activities” from our neighbors

  : Nothing to write home about. Hotel was hidden behind a Starbucks and another a hotel chain. We were told the microtel was bought out and the name was going to be Block. Driving out of hotel to main road was terrible. People pulling in to go to Starbucks. Took 5 minutes to get on main road

  : It wasn’t very clean, it was loud, the sheets were stained, the room was nice and chilly but the hallways were hot.

  : Laura at the front desk was amazing! Give that girl a raise! Breakfast was good.
  : Our first room was very dirty. Carpet was so filthy I didn’t want to walk barefoot on it. There was a half empty water bottle on the nightstand from previous occupants. The phone had dirt and hairs on it. We moved rooms and the second one was better. I understand the hotel is undergoing renovations but it’s still possible to keep the place clean. There’s also only one ice machine on the first floor. And the washer/dryer was out of order on the third floor. This place charged Hilton prices for Motel 6 accommodations.
