  : The location is excellent, very close to the beach and in the heart of Benitses town, with easy access to local restaurants. There are lots of nice beaches around but you need a way of transport to get there. The apartment was cleaned every two days which I find an excellent service. The views from the room are spectacular, very relaxing and re-charging. The rooms have facilities for preparing coffee or tea in the morning and even breakfast, which is very useful for a longer stay. We booked 3 different rooms as we went on a family trip and all rooms had either a terrace or a balcony with sea view, which I think is the best offering of this property. Also, the hosts were extremely helpful and tried their very best to accommodate all our queries. I would definitely go back and recommend especially for a long weekend as it is very close to Corfu Airport.
  : Not all rooms had air conditioning included in the price, so you must be careful when booking. There are no mosquitos nets at the windows and the mosquitos devices that are provided are not sufficient to prevent the insects for invading the room. There is an unpleasant smell which is coming from the drainage system but this is not only noticeable at the property but across Benitses. The system in the resort might have not been designed to accommodate the extra drainage needed due to the numerous people attracted by local tourism. However, if you are not too sensitive, the smell is manageable, especially as it is not present at all times.

  : Amazing view from the room it was the best one ever. the location was very good would totally recommend. The room was enough for two people and everything looked very good. We really enjoyed our room with that view

  : it is really 100m to the sea, the view from the balcony is spectacular, you can cook food in the room, there is an electric kettle, an electric hob and an oven, there is a refrigerator. there is a hairdryer for drying hair. there is air conditioning, but for an additional payment of 10 euros per day. a pleasant bonus is mosquito nets. necessary dishes and dishwashing detergent are available. there was a TV, but there was no time to turn it on. free Wi-Fi.
  : there was no microwave oven, no detergents (soap, shampoo, toothpaste) in the room, no tea, sugar, or coffee. we asked at the reception, then they gave us a big bottle of shampoo.

  : The seaview is very nice.
  : The accomodation is located above a very busy road with a lot of traffic. Surrounding is not easy for walks because of busy road, garbage on the road and beach. The nearby stony beach is small with a lot of seaweed on the shore and is just next to the busy road so all the cars are heard.

  : The location of the hotel is very good. Also the view from the balcony is stunning! It was very clean and the staff was so polite.
  : We had ants in the kitchen and this was so annoying!! We couldnt leave anything on the countertop.

  : The room had a balcony in the front, where you could have your breakfast watching the sea, the sunrise or sunset.Although it was not stated in my booking,wifi connection was available.I could get very quick responses to my questions on public transportation or location and good recommendations, e.g. using facilities of another hotel's swimming pool for free.
  : This is more a problem of Benitses rather than the facility.There is no sidewalk/pavement when you leave the building(s).When you want to walk from one beach to the other, you cannot walk along the beach in one part, but have to walk along fast driving cars.Not ideal for people who like walking.Also there are quite a lot jellyfish nowadays.I could still find one beach where I could swim without them.
