  : Staff is helpful and smiling. When we came to property staff take time to show us map with interesting places and give us recommendations. property is short drive from city and with car is easy to go to nice beaches.

  : Firstly, the good things: The receptionist Daniel was very kind and helpful, he showed us the room, and he offered us 2 welcome refreshments at the hotel tavern. The room itself has all the basics for a short stay. The fridge is working really well and the hair dryer is of good quality. There was also offered a water boiler, but we didnt make any use of it. There was a mosquito repellent device and tablets. Also, the A/C was working perfectly. The bed was comfortable, the pillows as well. There were sufficient sockets in the room for all the electronic devices. Another plus point is that the location of the hotel is very close to public transportation, in a very central place of Benitsa.
  : Now the not-so-good things: Unfortunately, the room we were offered was the only available in the hotel (as we were informed). It felt like it was the room that they give to people when they dont have another choice to give them something better. More specifically, there was visible mold on the bathroom tiles and mold + dirt on the lower part of the shower curtain. It looked really dirty, and we tried to not touch it while using the shower. The offered toiletries are not of good quality, and you probably need to bring your own shampoo etc. The water faucet was making a strong noise due to water pressure when you were trying to draw hot water. The room is not soundproof. Not even basically soundproof. Everyone who was passing by the street outside, cars, motorbikes, animals, we could listen everything clearly. Moreover, we had the feeling that our neighbors had a conversation in our room. There is also no privacy in the bathroom. You can hear everything from the next-door bathrooms. Also, there was a small hole around the balcony door, from where I suppose all the little animals were coming from inside the room e.g. a small salamander; we did not mind, but if you mind then you might want to check another place. From that hole also, we could smell our neighbor's smoke when they were going outside to smoke their cigarettes. So if you want a completely smoke-free room, this is not an option if someone nearby is a smoker. Last but not least, the photos online and the room we got are not similar. This was somewhat disappointing. Anyway, if you have great expectations, this is not a place for you. To us, it felt like going for camping, while being charged with the increased price of a hotel room.

  : Easy to pickup keys and get information about the room.
  : Room was clean, but bed mattress was old and you was feeling the springs on your body. Bathroom clean (to say, toilet black inside, think of the coating of the toilet not because of dirt), but you pressing to toilet water and to refill it was making a funny noise for over a minute. This is the night was bad. There was no TV in the room. The area was busy, the room was in the front road, so from 7AM to 3AM not possible to get good sleep. Also I had a bike and there was no space in the bike parking to put it, so I parked it on the car area. They try to remove it, because it was not a car. But I already paid for the flat that it allow me to park a Vehicle (bike or car) in the area. This was on first come first serve. A car double parked and blocked my bike and another car. And the people who worked there it allow them and tried to argue with me to remove the bike.
