: The host, Alexandra, is amazing; her advices were priceless, she knows the best places and beaches to visit. The breakfast was very good: each day we had something else to eat so a big plus for diversity. The hotel is very close to the bus stop and Benitses's city centre. The room was very clean, towels are changed every two days.

: The location was greatThe beach service included The breakfast
: My wife had an accident in the hotel, she fell down the stairs because there was water on the stairs. The hotel manager didnt really cared, didnt write a accident report, didnt provide medical support and let us go to airport by a cab at our own expense. Once we were back home our doctor told us my wife had a broken toe, so we contacted hotel to ask for a compensation, and they told us that what happened was not our responsibility. It was a disgrace to see such a bad service from an hotel where we were enjoying and we were going to go back definitely. Hotel management lied claiming that they offered doctor check, which is not true and also claiming that there was a wet floor signal, which again wasnt true.
