  : wasnt as clean as the first time we stayed there. couldnt close the shower door and there were loose missing tiles on the shower floor which were sharp. looking a little shabby in places.

  : The apartment was clean and tidy, good location to restaurants and amenities.
  : Parking was a nightmare, got towed away by the police on 4th night. The shower door was damaged and difficult to open, the hand held shower was weak and leaking. We were given miss information which left us out of pocket by 67.00. Overall very disappointing.

  : location is close enough to the bars and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet on a night
  : walls are quite thin and noise can be heard from the people next door - did not help they were a bunch of lads, so if it had been a couple or family you would probably not hear as much noise

  : Location was excellent for our needs. Property also had the added benefit of an oven and decent WiFi. Power shower was excellent.
  : Sofa was very uncomfortable. Apartment was also very noisy but I know that's just apartment living

  : Lovely little apartment very modern and clean.
  : It is in a residential block so lots of locals and also there is no reception so its a ten minute walk to get your key to get in and if your leaving early like us you had a ten minute walk to take key back.

  : Location is great near to bars shops and restaurants
  : We had to collect keys from benidorm booking.com, room was ready early, we was asked to pay 200 euros deposit which I thought for a couple of a certain age that was extremely high, it's not like we are teenagers and gonna destroy anything. We was given a list of what we shouldn't leave in the apartment when we leave as we wouldn't get the deposit back. We was told to hand the keys back before 11am if we was late we wouldn't get the deposit back on arrival we tried opening the main door and the lock was broken but with a bit of pulling the door we eventually opened it. Lifts were always working. Apartment had all you needed in there, Should have a double bed not 2 singles, no space at all where the bed is. On the balcony there are 4 chairs every one of them are snapping so you couldn't sit on them, wasn't going to chance it incase we got blamed for breaking them, we took photos incase. We was there 10 days and had no change of sheets or towels, we had 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels for 2 people the whole of 10 days, that is acceptable. There is ment to be a pool bar and restaurant but that is closed as it's up for sale. The pool was not in use, not sure if in April is out of season??? There was only 3 sun beds around the pool, they were always gone as residents from block next to bermudas use the area as well. On the day we was leaving we took the keys back at 10.45am, 15 minutes early we was told we couldn't have deposit back until property was inspected and that we had to come back at 4pm , we had paid cash for the deposit, it is less than 10 minutes walk to apartment yet we had to wait for over 5 hours to get our money back. Lucky we had a late flight. Personally we wouldn't stay there again no out door facilities and no clean linen or towels.

  : Apartment was great it had everything we needed.
  : The parking space was a problem. Once you had entered the garage opposite with your car it was hard to find a way out, all the gates were locked with a key which we didnt have. The next day when we went to get the car we couldnt get into the garage to get it. We had to wait until someone came who had a key to let us in! We had to park in the road after that.
