  : Nice territory, good beach and pools, good restaurants. Spa was beautiful!
  : Rude and unprofessional staff: The waitress provided a poor and very slow service, when we tried to explain it to her, she stopped paying attention to our table at all. Next day in the another restaurant the same waitress was openly rude again, said that we dont belong there. 25% of staff do not speak English Guest relation made booking of sport activities, but occasionally did not fix it in the system, when we came to sport center in our booked time, they could not find our slot, and could not resolve that ussie with Guest relations even could not make a phone call, sent us to decide this in person to the Main reception.

  : 1- When we reach the hotel our 3 rooms was not ready they gave us two rooms at 2 and the third room at 6 oclock and we have children with us. 2- the person who explain the hotel for us who wear blue dress was not telling the truth he told us you will go for legand land for free and you will have fast truck and you will use every thing there next day we go with my children there it was a bad experience for us we pay 4000 lyra for fast truck they refuse to give us towels i gave them money also they refuse one person there give my child a towel he was shivering if we know before we will take our toweles i hate my self when i went to legend park and we pay for every thing we drink and eat . Also the same man he was liar i told him i want connect rooms for my children he say okay tomorrow it will ready i came second day it was not ready till 3 oclock and our rooms was not ready till for oclock and one person from the reception till me why your bags is not ready i told him i close all my bags before liftting he told me in a bad way no i went with him to the two rooms he saw my bags ready he told me no we went by mistake to different numbers i told him you are working here you should be sure about the numbers it is not my mistake so they waste our holiday for two days and make us get nervous
