: Our kids loved staying in the chalet. We had a big space in front where they could play and have fun. The chalet was right next to the tennis courts and we played every morning. The Yagoda restaurant was just across the road and was a nice place to eat. There was also a small football field which the kids enjoyed playing on. The sauna in the chalet was awesome! We used it every night. :)
: We didn't realise how tricky it would be to get to the 2nd floor of the chalet. We were worried about our five year old twins climbing up and down the stairs so, in the end, they slept downstairs and my wife and I slept upstairs (the opposite of what we'd planned). Also, the bathroom had a rather peculiar smell!

: Nothing really no positives to tell you advertised as central borovets it was no where near without your own transport would be very expensive in taxis just to access the resort.
: Location poor advertised as center was nowhere near stagnant water in bathroom took days to air the place out very poorly maintained property carpets stapled to the floor sauna didn't hold heat past 40 degrees uncomfortable mattresses even had staff come to the fix TV left the chalet wide open when we were on the slopes came back to unlocked doors thankfully no one took anything
