Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs BGN 9.78 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform PM Services Royal Plaza Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please provide the hotel with your arrival details (e.g. flight number) in order to arrange pick-up of the keys for the apartment.

Please note that any type of special request needs to be confirmed by PM Services Royal Plaza Apartments.

Please note that free cleaning is done once a week, while light cleaning is done daily. Towels are changed every 3 days and sheets are changed every 7 days. Please note that dish washing is not offered as a service.

Please note that damaged or missing things from the apartments will be paid extra.
