PinusVillas Conference Lodge is located in the villa zone "Yarema" 1300 meters above sea level at the foot of Vitosha Mountain just 25 km from Sofia International Airport. Free WiFi access and free parking are available. The accommodation is equipped with a cable TV. Some units feature a seating area. All units have a terrace.

There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in each unit. Towels are available. One of the villas has a hydro massage bath while another has a sauna. : Just recommendations: a fridge in the room would be great, as the restaurant works until 9 pm and whatever we buy is getting warm.Also, a shed over the jacuzzi would be great, so that it could be used while it is raining.

: wonderful appartment, very quiter area, great beds/matrasses and shower. Much above average Bulgarian quality. Diner and breakfast were also very good. Host spoke English so all in all a great stay and would definately recommend.

: The food was absolutely excellent. The location is wonderful, and we absolutely loved what they have done with the place. It is a very special place. We also found the name very funny! (English sense of humour)
: Unfortunately while we were there, there was a couple of power cuts which was unlucky I guess, but just meant that the first couple of hours were a little stressful.

: The villa was very cozy and the staff really friendly. The food in the reasturant is great. Overall, a very nice place to stay.
: If the people in the upstairs bedroom are moving around it is impossible to sleep downstairs, because it is very noisy. The yard was being under some for of reconstruction, so the view was not very nice.
