  : The location is much further away from the noisy and busy part of Borovets. If the weather is kind you can enjoy a nice walk and great views of the surroundings.
  : Don't expect any service after 17 o 'clock as there is nobody at the reception.We arrived late and our room was quite cold due to the poor quality of the windows. We asked to be moved or if somebody could come and fix the problem and we were told that we should wait until the morning.

  : We rented a chalet for a four day family vacation. We were six and there was more than enough space for everyone. The area is quiet and absolutely beautiful, enjoy the most amazing sunsets and pink sunrises if you are an early bird. The staff were very helpful - we needed assistance as the road was not cleaned from the snow (poor handling on the municipalitys side) and they were absolutely responsive and quick to pull us out. Small problems with the quiet were quickly resolved.The house was generally warm. It was not luxurious but was well equipped, incl the kitchen. The sauna was amazing especially apres ski.
  : Bathrooms are getting really wet as there are neither cabins nor curtains. The windows do not close particularly well and may need some tweaking for a better fit.The washing machine is broken and it seems the owners of the house are not willing to change/repair it which is a shame considering the price of the property per day.

  : It is placed in the middle of nature.
  : It was cold when we arrived. There were many flies inside the chalet and the space wasnt cleaned properly. Also, the wifi didnt work most of the time.

  : The views are spectacular. You need a 4x4 to get there, or drive VERY carefully and slowly (we had a Nissan 4x4). The apartment is lovely.. smaller than it looks on the photos, but great for a few days. After 10 days we were feeling it. The restaurant food is exceptional local cooking. Staff are friendly. There's a lift for getting luggage up and down, which is not always the case in Bulgaria! 10 minis drive from Borovets, and very isolated (which we like)... no local shops, so stock up before you go
  : No washing machine or any facility to clean clothes at all. We were lucky we packed enough to get through... just. The main bed is a queen, and quite uncomfortable after a few nights so my back was bad by half way through the trip. We took our own pillows which helped. The shop in reception is more like a food 'lost and found' than a grocery shop... you need to stock up each day from shops in Borovets. Not such a big problem for the location benefit. Probably made worse by Covid as not many guests so stocking anything fresh would be difficult. The balcony is ludicrously dangerous, especially with ice and snow. Rickety rail-guard at below waist height and a precipitous drop of about 15 metres. Scary as hell and definitely not for kids.

  : The location is quite far from everything. If you want to have a dinner it has to be booked in advance since they close the restaurant when there are no guests.
