  : There are several reasons for this response we stayed there for 2 nights not 1 the first night was paid for by American Airlines for canceling our flights and the start of the worse time of my life. First thing was the bed bugs crawling around not only on the bed but the floor and bathroom in the first room we stayed in one in second was the non working mini fridge and my husband who is handicapped has meds that needed to be refrigerated after asking if we could get another room or the fridge from an empty room we were given an ice pack to put in the fridge along with 2 bottles of water that he charged to the room instead of just giving them to us for the inconvenience of not being able to keep anything cold in the fridge, and third was the hardest lumpiest bed and pillows I have ever slept on in my life BUT to top all of that off my husband after his stroke now sleeps with the TV on so instead of calling the room phone or our cellphones to say the TV was to loud the hotel employee AT 3A.M. OPENS UP THE DOOR TO OUR ROOM AND YELLS CAN YOU TURN THE TV OFF THE PEOPLE IN THE ROOM NEXT DOOR SAYS ITS TO LOUD SCARING THE HELL OUTTA US FIRST OFF WHY ARE YOU OPENING THE DOOR OF AN OCCUPIED ROOM WITH YOUR PASSKEY INSTEAD OF LIKE I SAID JUST CALLING US ON OUR PHONES. And last the hotel provides continental breakfast for the guests and as you enter the breakfast room there’s a sign that says airline guest please see the front desk before eating well we were given $12 food vouchers by the airlines to use for food which the desk clerk says that Even though they provide continental breakfast for their guess if you are a guest of The Airlines the continental breakfast for those people is not free you have to use your meal voucher so the $12 meal voucher was given to the hotel for breakfast that was free to everybody else. Breakfast consisted of toast, cereal, juice, yogurt and an apple.
